Miss April E. Olivia Jackson and Flt.-Lt. Roman Kostanty Sobinski, Virtuti Miliari and Cross for Valor, Polish Air Force, whose engagement is announced by the former's parents, Maj. and Mrs. Cyril R. Jackson, of Montreal. Flt.-Lt. Sobinski is the son of Mr. Joseph Sobinski and Mrs. Sobinskil, of Warsaw, Poland.
